In 2010, Adam, the owner of Coffey’s Transport, was established in honor of his father, Leo Coffey. Leo had a passion for operating dump trucks and transport trucks. The company specializes in the transportation of various materials using flat deck trailers and semi dump trailers. Coffey’s Transport is equipped to provide end dump trailers, flat deck trailers, sea can chassis, and float trailers, facilitating the movement of materials throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Marine Atlantic is a Crown Corporation, and is committed to providing a safe, environmentally responsible ferry service between the Island of Newfoundland and the Province of Nova Scotia in a reliable, courteous and cost-effective manner. Our head office is in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
We service two routes. The first is a year-round, 96 nautical mile daily ferry service between Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador and North Sydney, Nova Scotia. The second, offered from mid-June until late September, is a 280 nautical mile ferry service between Argentia, Newfoundland and Labrador and North Sydney, Nova Scotia.
