Located along the south west coast of the Avalon Peninsula amongst forcrested hills and rolling coastline, Placentia is approximately 130 km from Newfoundland and Labrador’s capital city, St. John’s (roughly a 90 minute drive). The most direct route from the Trans Canada Highway (TCH). If you are travelling from the ferry terminal at Argentia, Placentia is mere minutes from your demarcation point, along Route 100. The Town Hall is located at 17 Patterson Drive in the Town Square.
